ABOUT
The Greek School of Parramatta, St Ioannis has been providing quality education in Modern Greek for over 40 years to students from year 1 to 6.

We are excited to announce that in 2018 we are expanding our range of courses to include Kindergarten and Year 7.
High school students now have a chance to progress their extra-curricular studies further by studying Modern Greek at year 7 level following the NSW Syllabus.

YEAR 7, STAGE 4 MODERN GREEK
Tuseday Evenings, 6.15 to 8.15 pm.
​
Your child has just completed primary school Greek and you want them to continue the learning journey. We have the pathway for your child to continue to learn high school level Modern Greek.
​
Our experienced teachers will be delivering extra-curricular lessons in following the Stage 4, NSW Modern Greek syllabus in a two hour weekly lesson. To eliminate the decision between Greek School and Saturday sport, dance and sleeping in, classes will be held Tuesdays from 6.15 to 8.15 pm.
​
Tuition is $495 per year.
​
Classes commence Tuesday 6 February 2018 at 6.15 pm.

The Greek School of Parramatta offers a Modern Greek language program that caters to the needs of children from Kindergarten to Year 6 and beyond. Our mission is to promote Greek language, culture, traditions, Orthodox religion and history via well designed lessons and extracurricular activities.

Kindergarten: Tuesday Afternoons 4.00 to 6.00 pm
Year 1: Tuesday and Friday Afternoons 4.00 to 6.00 pm

To ensure Greek language and Culture are passed on to future generations of Greek Australian children we offer Kindergarten and Year 1 Modern Greek classes for free.
​
To receive free tuition, students must also be enrolled in the same year group at infants school. (ie Modern Greek Kindergarten students must be enrolled in Kindergarten at regular school. The same applies for students in Year 1). Our regular primary school fees apply for students that are not in the corresponding year group.
